Consider this metaphor for a moment: The entire world is a classroom, and our teacher is the age-old sage of the space and time, Doctor Who.

But of course, like most classrooms, there are always some students who misbehave. And in our metaphorical world, it is of course the Daleks.

Once again they are in trouble for trying to exterminate the human race and have once again got detention.
