The one constant in six Star Wars films is that no matter how close the Stormtroopers are to their enemy, no matter their superior numbers, no matter the fact they’re often in a familiar environment, Stormtroopers can’t seem to shoot straight and hit their target.

The Emperor commands that all troopers immediately report to the optometry level for eye tests.
If only random eye testing had been introduced earlier, the whole sorry saga might have turned out differently.
